We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, artwork, sizing and images accurately.

Actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to display settings, materials and manufacturing processes.

Sayless products are produced on demand. Minor variations inherent to garment manufacturing or printing may occur and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes and other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Sayless reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or product unavailability.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by customer location.

Sayless does not require customers to provide payment card information directly outside the secure payment process.

Products may be manufactured, fulfilled and delivered using third-party production and logistics partners.

Every piece is made especially for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for production and 5–15 business days for delivery, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable consumer protection law.

Because pieces enter production specifically after ordering, requests to change or cancel an order must be made immediately and may only be possible before production begins. Details are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Unless otherwise indicated, Sayless branding, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, text and other original website content are owned by or licensed to NO SAINTS LIMITED.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without authorization.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any mandatory consumer protection rights available to customers under the laws applicable in their country of residence remain unaffected.
